Job Summary
Job Description
- Provide professional nursing care in a clinic setting adhering to established standards and practices.
- Perform telephone triage manage efficient patient flow and schedule emergent appointments.
- Coordinate comprehensive patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Serve as the clinics subject matter expert for patient education assessment interpretation and documentation.
- Administer medications insert IV access and provide advice/recommendations to patients and families.
- Delegate tasks and supervise Medical Assistants and LPNs according to Scope of Practice and demonstrated competencies.
- Enter admission orders as directed by providers and manage clinical supply maintenance.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Must possess an active unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in both Kansas (KS) and Missouri (MO).
- Note: Candidates with a single license may receive a contingent offer requiring dual licensure completion within 90 days of the start date.
- Ability to work effectively both autonomously and within a team environment.
- Flexibility to assume Medical Assistant LPN or other administrative duties as clinic needs arise.
