As the Rehab Director youll lead and support a talented therapy team oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional patient outcomes. Youll work closely with facility partners and maintain a small meaningful caseload to stay connected to your clinical roots.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant or Physical Therapist
- Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant or Physical Therapist
- 1 years plus clinical practice experience
- Strong communication organizational and clinical skills
- Passion for patient-centered care and interdisciplinary collaboration
