Job Description: Product Training Engineer Heppenheim DE

Your Role

As a Product Training Engineer you will be responsible for delivering both technical and non-technical training to a wide range of audiences worldwide. You will design develop and deliver training programs that combine modern digital learning tools with hands-on product knowledge. Working closely with our engineering product and service teams you will ensure that trainees receive high-quality engaging and effective instruction that supports their professional development and strengthens customer relationships.

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan create and deliver technical and non-technical training sessions for employees customers and partners both onsite and in virtual classrooms
  • Design and maintain learning materials documentation and e-learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Maintain and continuously improve training environments including classrooms labs and technical equipment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop training concepts that align with product updates and new technologies
  • Support the creation of multimedia and digital training content such as videos and interactive materials
  • Participate in international projects and ensure consistent global training standards
  • Provide ongoing technical support to trainees and internal departments

Your Profile

  • Degree in Electrical Automation Mechanical Computer or Software Engineering (or a comparable technical field)
  • Minimum of five years of professional experience in a technical engineering environment ideally with prior experience in technical training
  • Strong knowledge of automation systems electrical or mechanical systems or software-based solutions
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training content development
  • Excellent presentation communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and German both written and spoken
  • Structured self-motivated and solution-oriented working style
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
