We are hiring Service Associate - Health Club Reception;

As a Service Associate - Health Club Reception we rely on you to:

• Greet and assist gym users in a warm professional manner providing information about the facilities operating hours etc.

• Monitor gym operations to ensure compliance with safety protocols and cleanliness standards; report any equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly.

• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area and keep records updated.

• Cooperate with other divisions to coordinate gym-related services and ensure cohesive guest experience.

We are looking for someone who:

• Have relevant experience in hospitality customer service or front desk roles is preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact politely and effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.

• Standard Mandarin with basic English communication skills.

• A positive attitude proactive mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Flexibility to work shifts based on the operations needs.
