The Opportunity

Orrcon Steel Manufacturing is looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team based in OSullivan Beach. Orrcon Steel is a manufacturer of steel tube and pipe and leading Australian steel distributor with nationally recognised brands.

In this hands-on role you will be leading and providing guidance to a team of around 15 production and packing team members at our OSullivan Beach site manufacturing our world class products and solutions for our valued customers.

Work a rotating shift of day and afternoon Monday-Friday working a 9 day fortnight. Enjoy an attractive salary package and participation in our annual profit share program (bonus). What Will You Do

With a strong focus on teamwork you will be:

leading and supervising our operations area including machine operations
supporting and assisting your team with daily operations
identifying opportunities to improve efficiency performance and mitigate risk - striving for on time delivery for our customers
ensuring safety standards are continuously evolving championing change when risks and opportunities are identified
growing and mentoring your team to develop their technical capability

experience working within an operations warehousing or logistics environment
