Position Overview
As a Canine Coach Trainer/ Operations Manager youll play a key leadership role in maintaining our top-tier daycare standards guiding our back-of-house team and ensuring that every furry guest enjoys a safe clean and happy environment. Youll motivate train and develop team members while promoting Dogtopias core values and culture.
What Youll Do
Leadership & Team Development
Lead by example with a positive attitude and servant leadership.
Motivate train and develop Canine Coaches and Rovers.
Oversee scheduling staffing levels and labor management.
Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings and deliver updates to the General Manager.
Participate in recruiting interviewing and onboarding new hires.
Plan and facilitate team huddles and contribute to monthly meetings.
Playroom Operations
Ensure operations meet Dogtopias highest safety and cleanliness standards.
Manage playroom training development engagement and activities.
Oversee dog evaluations feeding medication and spa services.
Maintain facility cleanliness and uphold Dogtopia OSM standards.
Implement and manage Behavior Modification Plans as needed.
Customer Experience
Communicate effectively with pet parents team members and leadership.
Embody Dogtopias 3 Ss: Smile Story Satisfaction.
Strive for top-tier customer reviews and an amazing in-store experience.
Promote Dogtopias values:

Health & Grooming
Assist with bathing and nail clipping as needed.
Identify dog breeds and behaviors.
Ensure safe proper handling of all dogs and immediate response to incidents.
