Executive Operations Assistant (Finance/Wealth Management Firm) Responsibilities
Manage and optimize calendar meetings and logistics
Proactively prepare and coordinate team meetings presentations and travel arrangements
Draft review and complete correspondence reports and slide decks accurately
Act as gatekeeper for email calls and scheduling requests
Maintain files client records and documentation management processes
Research analyze and synthesize information and data to support strategic projects
Track progress and report on follow-ups outstanding tasks and project milestones
Executive Operations Assistant (Finance/Wealth Management Firm) Qualifications
Bachelors degree required
3 years of executive administrative support experience in professional services industry required
Experience managing multiple calendars or complex schedules required
Strong communication (written and verbal) and numerical skills required
Proficiency with MS Office (Word Excel Powerpoint) required
