You will work closely with the P&C Business Partners and manager to deliver support and provide effective administration and coordination of day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties using the relevant HR management systems and processes.
- Complies with all safety requirements and observes all company policies and procedures.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with colleagues to promote a harmonious working environment.
- Effectively use the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure information is up to date and accurate in the system
- Organizing Planning and Prioritizing Work Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize organize and accomplish your work.
- Prepare weekly reports on progress of Human Resource activities and communicate to all relevant stakeholders.
- Provide administrative training support
- Be a professional motivated and skilled performer
- Provides consistent guidance and adherence to Haile Gold Mine P&C policies guidelines procedures programs and philosophies. Communicates these policies etc. as appropriate.
Qualifications :
- 2 years of human resource and/or administration experience
- Experience in recruitment & event coordination would be highly regarded
- Experience in candidate tracking systems and/or HRIS preferred
- A high degree of computer literacy is required with effective skills in MS products desired.
- Ability to interpret and disseminate human resources information between internal and external stakeholders.
