As the Senior Manager of Talent Systems & Platform Engineering you will lead the strategic design implementation and optimization of our enterprise recruiting and pre-onboarding platform ecosystem. You will oversee a team of engineers and analysts responsible for end-to-end configuration automation integration and reporting across tools such as SmartRecruiters Avature HackerRank CoderPad and RolePoint. Youll partner cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition HR Operations IT Data Analytics and business stakeholders to consolidate platforms streamline workflows and deliver actionable insights from our HR Data Warehouse (HRDW). Your work will impact how we source assess engage and onboard top technical talent at scale.
You will:
Define and execute a roadmap for consolidating upgrading or replacing our talent system stack to support enterprise-level scale.
Architect and implement integrations and data flows between recruiting systems assessment tools pre-boarding tools HRDW and business intelligence platforms.
Lead configuration and automation of recruiting workflows screening and assessment pipelines candidate and recruiter experiences and operational reporting.
Develop dashboards metrics and analytics frameworks to surface recruiting funnel performance system health adoption and ROI.
Manage a team (engineers analysts architects) while setting standards governance and best practices around SaaS configuration API usage and operational excellence.
Serve as a thought leader on talent technology trends (e.g. AI-enabled assessments conversational recruiting process automation) and recommend innovations that align to business priorities.
Ensure strong vendor relationships and run vendor-neutral evaluations demos and negotiations drawing from your experience across multiple platforms.
Drive change management and training for stakeholders to ensure adoption and value realization from system investments.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems HR Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
8 years of experience in enterprise talent acquisition technology or HR systems engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
Strong hands-on experience configuring and administering recruiting/assessment/pre-onboarding platforms (for example SmartRecruiters Avature HackerRank CoderPad RolePoint) with a proven track record of delivering large-scale implementations and platform consolidations.
Deep understanding of integrations (APIs webhooks ETLs) data modeling and experience linking recruiting systems to HR Data Warehouses and business intelligence tools.
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage dashboards and reports that inform operational and strategic recruiting decisions.
Excellent project management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
Strong leadership and people-management skills: ability to coach mentor and build high-performing technical teams.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders (executives TA partners IT vendors).
Experience with vendor selection negotiation and managing SaaS vendor relationships.
Comfort operating in a fast-moving complex enterprise environment where recruiting volume global scale and contributor systems matter.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree or certification in HRIS HR technology or business analytics.
Prior experience at a large technology or enterprise SaaS company especially supporting engineer/technical talent recruiting.
Experience working with or building AI-driven recruiting/assessment tools or conversational recruiting experiences.
Familiarity with broader HR technology ecosystem (onboarding HRIS talent management learning systems).
Knowledge of security data privacy compliance (e.g. GDPR CCPA) as they apply to recruiting systems and candidate data.
Experience working globally with multi-region recruiting operations including localization multiple languages and multi-currency considerations.
Comfortable using collaboration tools (e.g. Jira Confluence ServiceNow) and BIM/BI systems (e.g. Tableau Power BI Looker).
