Job Summary

Our in-house Design team is the creative conduit in the business - Our Designers (working collaboratively & alongside our buying and sourcing departments) to proactively research trend design graphics and print and adding to the creation and curation of our private label ranges in a cohesive way working from concept to artwork set up and all elements in between with final products showing up in store across categories like Homewares Bedroom Decor Apparel Stationery and wider general merchandise categories!

Your work will end up on our shelves in front of our customers so a true customer mindset and ability to design fitting business and commercial needs is a must! Your wheelhouse of graphic and textile design skills and experience will help deliver exciting must-have trend focused ranges!

Youll get the opportunity to work on wide range of products (including seasonal ranges) - create visual impact (and excitement) for our customers through thoughtful and commercial design skills! 

A snapshot of the role will see you: 

  • Design for print and textile products
  • Research and apply market & trend information through design analytics. 
  • Trend forecasting key items colours fabrics details and products
  • Work collaboratively with buying and sourcing teams to curate and build cohesive ranges

Qualifications :

You will be someone who enjoys a dynamic and varied role with a great eye passion for trends and graphic design! Youll have the ability to identify trends and translate these ideas into products our will customers love! Cross-functional collaboration and time management is key - retail is dynamic and fast-paced and working to key critical paths will be key! 

  • Intermediate to senior level designer experience taking trend to product from concept through execution and partnering with overseas manufacturers 
  • Print/textile design experience and experience working with product is essential!
  • Commercial sense working within a retail environment 
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite particularly Illustrator & Photoshop
