Job Summary
The Senior Data Analyst will help shape the future of employer services with a focus on HR compliance and outsourcing. You will help develop and implement data-driven solutions that ensure strategic decision-making and drive business growth. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Data Analyst with technical expertise business insight and a proactive mindset to solving problems. The Senior Data Analyst will manage various projects work cross-functionally and drive results in a dynamic environment.
What youll be doing
- Execute tasks assigned through the Data Services ticketing system ensuring Service level agreement adherence and process compliance.
- Follow established processes to ensure consistent execution across tasks.
- Mentor team members on best practices prioritization and issue resolution.
- Review peer deliverables for accuracy performance and adherence to data governance standards before production deployment.
- Support data mapping customer account data gathering and technical documentation for integrations
- Troubleshoot and prioritize data issues flagged by client-facing teams by analyzing end-to-end data flows across multiple products.
- Influence strategies related to system upgrades account migrations data ingestion and API/connectors
- Provide occasional weekend support for software upgrades database patching and regression testing.
- You will report to the Manager of Data Services
Qualifications :
- Minimum 6 years of experience in database and application development.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Systems Data Analytics or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL with a focus on performance optimization.
- Experience troubleshooting SSIS packages.
- Experience in data visualization and reporting using tools like Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with data modeling principles.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams
- Experience developing data solutions

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related experience and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
