Job Summary
- Contribute to ongoing IT projects by performing tasks assigned by project managers or team leads
- Conduct research on new technologies vendors or IT strategies that could benefit the organization.
- Create and update documentation for IT systems procedures and training materials.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops and shadow experienced IT professionals to learn from their expertise.
Qualifications :
- Familiarity with computer hardware software and networks. Even at a basic level understanding how systems interconnect and operate is crucial
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems logically and systematically.
- Document solutions write reports and maintain clear documentation for technical procedures.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and explain technical issues to non-technical colleagues.
- Be able to work well in a team as IT projects often require collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Precision and attention to detail when working with complex systems to avoid errors and identify issue
