What youll do

SAP Ukraine Sales team is seeking support with general business administration business planning customer and partner meetings marketing and communications.

Tasks would include:

1. Business development:

- market research & analysis to identify new business opportunities

- existing database analysis clean-ups including identifying growth gaps

2. Marketing & PR:

- marketing and communication activities / campaigns for demand generation & developing local SAP Community

3. Sales team support:

- supporting Sales team with various administrative activities related to preparation of customer and partner meetings documentation and internal workflows as well as University alliance collaboration

4. Networking & learning:

- active learning and building internal corporate and external local market networks

What you bring

Were looking for someone who takes initiative perseveres and stays curious and very energetic. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects yet are not afraid of routine tasks with high discipline and autonomy and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Energetic proactive detail- and goal-oriented with the ability to create empathy listen to internal and external stakeholders manage different tasks at the same time
• Excellent communication skills and ability to network internally and within a clients organization
• Critical business judgment and strong time management
• Strong in teamwork and ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Advanced English language skills fluent Ukrainian
• SAP certification / attending SAP courses (in the past / in process) is preferred
• 4th / 5th year student in Computer Science Management Marketing Finance

SAP Ukraine which marks its 30th anniversary in 2025 is a great team of multi-talented professionals in Sales Marketing Consulting Engineering Risk Management etc. which is deeply integrated into global SAP organization.

The teams you will be closely working with are local and regional Sales Demand Generation Commercial Operations Marketing.

Locally you will be interacting with Managing Director Sales Executives Customer Advisory team Legal Partner Ecosystem Head Marketing and PR professionals.
