We are now looking for an EHSQ Manager(Environmental Health Safety Quality)for our Helsingborg site
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Leading and coaching a team of professional EHSQ specialists
- Developing the local EHSQ strategy in collaboration with your team and ensuring alignment with Kemiras global standards
- Ensuring compliance with Swedish environmental health safety and quality legislation and regulations
- Driving continuous improvement in EHSQ performance and culture across the site
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders including authorities and certification bodies
- Being a part of Kemira Helsingborgs leadership team
What youll bring to the team:
- University or technical degree in environmental science biology chemistry or a related field
- Several years of qualified industrial experience in EHSQ roles
- Strong understanding of Swedish EHS legislation and regulatory authorities
- Proficiency in both Swedish and English
- Several years of leadership experience with good references
- A proactive and collaborative mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to influence and engage others to drive a culture of safety and quality
