You will contribute to our overarching objective of facilitating our customers to promote global health cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document requirements and compose specifications for large or moderately complex systems.
• Analyze issues with requirements and build to ensure flawless implementation.
• Describe how data interacts with other systems/databases within PPD or client organizations.
• Collaborate with developers QA testers validation team members and managers to develop and analyze various necessary project documentation.
• Provide mentorship to associate-level Business System Analyst staff in requirement gathering projects.
• Keep up to date with the most recent advancements in related technologies and exchange knowledge with colleagues.
• Train on new technologies and tools related to job duties.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in collecting and drafting system requirements and design specifications.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying issues with requirements and composition.
• Skill to articulate data connections with other systems and databases.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams comprising of developers QA testers and managers.
• Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
• Dedication to ongoing learning and keeping abreast of the newest technologies.

Core Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS): Experience with platforms such as Cornerstone / sumtotal SuccessFactors.

• Data & Reporting: Knowledge of Excel or Power BI for analyzing training performance metrics.
• System Administration: Managing user accounts permissions and course configurations.
• Integration Understanding: Familiarity with HRIS integrations (e.g. SAP Workday) and SCORM/xAPI standards.
