Expression of Interest CSA Assistant Project Construction Lead (Data Center)

• Assist in planning scheduling and executing CSA works in alignment with project timelines.
• Coordinate with design consultants subcontractors and suppliers to ensure CSA scope meets specifications.
• Prepare and manage project documentation including RFIs method statements technical submittals and drawings.
• Monitor site activities for compliance with safety standards and design intent.
• Support inspections quality audits and commissioning activities.
• Track non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Draft meeting minutes decision logs and weekly progress reports.
• Maintain accurate records of CSA deliverables and approval cycles.
• Assist in preparing as-built documentation and handover packages.
• Help update the project risk register and mitigation plans.
• Document deviations incidents and delays affecting CSA milestones.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors or Diploma in Civil Engineering Structural Engineering Architecture or related field.
• 5- 8 years of experience in construction project management preferably in data center or industrial projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of CSA disciplines and construction methodologies.
