Expression of Interest Project Construction Lead (Data Center)

• Lead the end-to-end construction process for data center projects (greenfield and brownfield).
• Develop and manage project schedules budgets and resource plans.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes international standards and client specifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Design Procurement Operations Security IT/Network) and external vendors.
• Manage contractors commissioning agents and specialty subcontractors.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide clear communication to stakeholders.
• Drive a Safety First culture on-site; enforce health and safety protocols.
• Implement QA/QC processes and monitor adherence to design and construction standards.
• Perform inspections and audits to ensure quality and compliance.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage change orders cost forecasts and contract administration.
• Oversee commissioning activities to validate system performance.
• Ensure smooth handover to operations team with complete documentation.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field.
• 8 years of experience in construction management with at least 3 years in data center or mission-critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems power distribution cooling systems and network infrastructure.
