About Lear Caivano Plant
Lear Corporations Caivano facility is one of Lears key Seating Division plants in Southern Italy located near Naples. The site supports major automotive customers including Stellantis producing high-quality seating systems with a strong focus on lean manufacturing safety and operational excellence. The Caivano plant plays a crucial role in Italys industrial network driving performance innovation and employee engagement through collaboration between HR and Operations teams.
Main Responsibilities
Partner with Plant Manager and HR Director to strengthen labor relations and drive plant HR strategy.
Monitor and improve absenteeism turnover and key HR KPIs in collaboration with Operations.
Lead change management and internal communication initiatives to support cultural alignment and engagement.
Manage union negotiations including annual bonus agreements and workforce stability actions.
Support leadership development coaching and talent review processes to grow internal capabilities.
Ensure compliance with HR processes payroll onboarding and internal controls aligned with corporate standards.
Promote diversity inclusion and community engagement programs at the plant level.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources Law or Business Administration.
At least 5 years HR experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
Strong background in industrial relations and labor law.
Proven ability to manage change engagement and people development programs.
Fluent in Italian and English.
Hands-on collaborative and results-driven mindset aligned with Lears Get Results the Right Way culture.
