Job Summary

What are the pay and benefits

Time off and Flexibility

  • Our Pobl Repairs Team covers areas between Haverfordwest and Monmouthshire with our office base for this role being Swansea.
  • Working days are predominately Monday to Friday days or you can work compressed hours on a 9 day fortnight.
  • 26 days holiday plus Bank holidays. Rising to 31 days with an extra day for each full year of service
  • Maternity & Adoption Leave: 20 weeks
  • Paternity Leave: 3 weeks

  • The salary is 32512 for a 40 hour full time permanent position

What skills and experience do you need

  • City & Guilds or NVQ (or equivalent)incarpentry(or significant experience)
  • Practical experience in carpentry ideally in domestic settings
  • Confidence working in peoples homes with a professional courteous approach
  • Willingness to support other trades (e.g. basic plumbing plastering brickwork)
  • Flexible positive attitude and strong commitment to health and safety
  • Full UK driving licence

Bonus if youve worked in social housing or used mobile working systems but not essential.
