You will be expected to:
Update documents on operation processes as well as training materials for key clients
Communicate efficiently with frontline inspectors and oversee inspection report content
Manage specific activities to drive key clients KPIs
Prepare weekly and monthly reports
Issue dedicated inspectors to each key account
Liaise with the coordination team to train new resources (dedicated inspectors) in essential areas
Support key client report validation
Organize periodic training on key client standards for both back-office teams and frontline inspectors
Other tasks arranged by the management team
Qualifications :
It could be you if you have:
- A bachelors degree (fresh graduates with a strong ambition to learn may also be considered)
- Familiarity with the quality control field (work experience is welcome but not mandatory);
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English;
- The ability to work well under pressure while remaining detail-oriented
- A working knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
