The Key Account Advisor is responsible for supporting the management and retention of a defined portfolio of Workers Compensation clients working closely with brokers end clients and internal stakeholders to deliver efficient consistent and customer-focused service.

The role focuses on execution operational excellence and continuous improvement ensuring the GIO service model is consistently applied across smaller and lower-complexity portfolios.

While Key Account Managers lead strategic engagement with major clients and brokers the Key Account Advisor plays a critical role in supporting this by driving efficiency responsiveness and high-quality service delivery to strengthen overall client satisfaction and retention outcomes.

What youll do (not limited to):

• Support the management and retention of a portfolio of Workers Compensation clients through proactive and responsive service delivery
• Support growth objectives by identifying and referring new business or cross-sell opportunities
• Provide feedback and insights to the Key Accounts leadership team on portfolio performance and emerging trends
• Capture communicate and document client and broker feedback to inform continuous improvement
• Work with Claims Leaders and Underwriting to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.

What you will bring:

• Minimum 3 years experience in commercial insurance or workers compensation
• Demonstrated experience in account servicing client management or portfolio support roles
• Exposure to broker-intermediated business or customer service in a complex environment
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes
• Demonstrated understanding of workers compensation principles and processes.
