The Key Account Advisor is responsible for supporting the management and retention of a defined portfolio of Workers Compensation clients working closely with brokers end clients and internal stakeholders to deliver efficient consistent and customer-focused service.
The role focuses on execution operational excellence and continuous improvement ensuring the GIO service model is consistently applied across smaller and lower-complexity portfolios.
While Key Account Managers lead strategic engagement with major clients and brokers the Key Account Advisor plays a critical role in supporting this by driving efficiency responsiveness and high-quality service delivery to strengthen overall client satisfaction and retention outcomes.
