Job Summary
To be successful in this role you will have:
You are a trade-qualified professional (Electrical Plumbing HVAC or Building) with:
10 years experience in a licensed trade discipline.
Strong working knowledge of Acts Regulations Building Codes and Australian Standards.
Demonstrated experience in compliance management auditing or supervision.
Proven ability to investigate incidents manage risk and implement corrective actions.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and report writing skills.
A proactive detail-oriented approach with the ability to influence others in compliance best practice.
Qualifications :
- Trade qualified in at least one licensed trade (Electrician Plumbing HVAC or Building) with at least 10 years experience.
- Additional auditing compliance or WHS qualifications - desirable
- Current C Class drivers license
- National Police Clearance
