Job Summary

As a Team Leader with IPAR you will have the support of a strong close team of driven and energetic healthcare professionals with the backing and resources of a global corporate infrastructure. You will lead a dynamic and tight knit team within our Wollongong branch based on Stewart St Wollongong CBD. Reporting to the Branch Manager this is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your Occupational Rehabilitation career and lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional service delivery in supporting people return to health work and life!

Your duties will include:

  • Case management and perform services to maintain your technical & professional skills.
  • Complete a variety of assessments using your clinical and discipline specific allied health skills.
  • Apply your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes.
  • Work with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship support to your team of Occupational Therapists Exercise Physiologists Physiotherapists Psychologist Rehab Counsellors Social Workers and Registered Nurses.
  • Lead your team to meet individual and team targets.
  • Network and develop relationships with key customers using your technical expertise to help grow the team.
  • Demonstrate commitment to providing exceptional services and outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications :

As a successful Team Leader with IPAR you will possess: 

  • A tertiary allied health qualification 
  • Current Full Professional Registration/Accreditation/Membership with AHPRA AASW ESSA or ASORC. 
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry (preferred).
  • 2 years experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry.
  • Experience in a similar role or demonstrated ability to lead and drive others performance
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop others.
  • Commercial acumen to drive business growth profitability quality initiatives and business development activities.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management abilities.
  • Current driver license and access to motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
