Job Summary

Join Healthcare Australia (HCA) a leading healthcare provider and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination and delivery of allied health services to clients nationwide.

As an Administration Officer - Allied Health (Homecare) youll provide key administrative and coordination support to our national homecare portfolio working closely with homecare managers state managers and allied health therapists to help clients receive timely and effective care.

Day to day! 

  • Manage and process referrals from homecare managers across national locations
  • Coordinate and allocate allied health therapists to client services
  • Maintain referral tracking systems and ensure documentation accuracy
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders clients and therapists to support seamless service delivery
  • Prepare and send client documentation and correspondence
  • Support the National Allied Health team with day-to-day administrative tasks and reporting

Youre an organised proactive and people-focused professional who thrives in a busy team-driven environment bringing strong administrative experience excellent communication skills confidence in liaising with stakeholders proficiency in Microsoft Office the ability to quickly learn new systems and a positive collaborative attitude with a focus on service excellence.
