Are you an experienced critical care nurse looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact A renowned healthcare system in New Hampshire is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and team dedicated to providing compassionate high-acuity care to patients and families during their most vulnerable moments.

As an ICU RN youll deliver exceptional evidence-based care to a diverse patient population collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team and play an essential role in stabilizing treating and supporting critically ill patients.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe high-quality nursing care to patients requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
Conduct thorough patient assessments interpret clinical data and plan individualized interventions
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed monitoring for effectiveness and side effects
Accurately document patient care progress and responses to treatment
Educate patients and families about care plans treatments and post-discharge recovery
Collaborate with physicians therapists and support staff to ensure continuity and quality of care

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 1 year of critical care experience required
Strong clinical judgment communication and problem-solving skills

Position Details

Full-time permanent role
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (nights or day/night rotation)
