As our Regulatory Coordinator youll support KiwiRails Regulatory team by coordinating key regulatory activities and engaging with external safety agencies.

Youll play an important role in planning and supporting safety assessments audits and investigations by our regulators ensuring KiwiRail continues to meet its regulatory obligations and maintain the highest safety standards.

This is a hands-on role where your organisation communication and relationship-building skills will help keep KiwiRail moving safely and confidently into the future.

Youll be an organised proactive professional who enjoys connecting people processes and information. Youll bring:

• Sound knowledge of regulatory practice and audit regimes
• Experience managing multiple workstreams or projects
• Experience working with safety reporting to government or regulatory agencies
• Strong administrative skills including recording meeting minutes and actions

• A tertiary qualification in administration business or a related discipline or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• A collaborative adaptable and safety-focused mindset
