In one sentence

Responsible for development modification debugging and/or maintenance of OMS software systems. Works on specific modules applications or technologies and deals with sophisticated assignments during the software development process.

What will your job look like

• Manage the process from initial planning implementation deployment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Track progress against milestones and ensure production changes are delivered on time and with best quality
• Provide technical direction ensure adherence to coding standards best practices and architectural principles.
• Conduct reviews of changes going into releases identify potential issues and promote quality as part of production readiness
• Work closely with cross-functional teams product managers designers and other stakeholders to prioritize resolution
• Communicate ongoing status updates to customers on the daily stand up calls and able to manage escalations effectively
• Strategic planning and process improvement
• Implement best practices in Production methodologies drive continuous improvement in daily practices and align team objectives

All you need is...

• Bachelors degree in Science/IT/Computing or equivalent
• 8 years experience as a Software Engineer or a Software Support Engineer.
• 6 years experience JAVA development
• Advanced SQL - able to work with complex queries
• Unix/Linux
• Advanced Scripting - Shell bashetc.
