The Automation & Commissioning Engineer. is responsible for development the automation engineering during different phases of a project (planning design execution commissioning and closing) in order to review validate adjust or propose ideas or solutions for effective continuity of these or their improvements. Travel will be required involving periods on side throughout year (up to 75% travelling time expected).
Responsibilities / Tasks
- Know manufacturing processes in the beverage or dairy or food industry.
- CIP Know-how
- Hygienic design know-how.
- Generate pre-engineering of automation development.
- Scheduler of automation activities
- Model control sequences according to P&IDs
- List of entities equipment controls control modules and devices
- Designed FDS.
- Dimensioning software and hardware list generation for automation architecture.
- Develop automation engineering using ISA Standards.
- Review existing process engineering and make necessary changes to support project execution when necessary.
- PLC programming of process and CIP sequences.
- HMI and SCADA programming.
- Setup different Industrial protocol networks
- Setup IO periphery
- Setup and commissioning VFDs
- FAT Procedures.
- Software
- Electrical Cabinets

- Documents
- Project commissioning

- Dry test
- Wet commissioning
- Documents and meeting.
- Product testing.

Your Profile / Qualifications
- Degree in engineering career (Industrial Electrical Automation Mechatronics)
- Masters degree in Automation technologies.
- Know manufacturing processes. (beverage dairy Liquid).
- English proficiency (B2).
- (Valuable) Formal training in Project Management.
- 5 years of experience working as an automation engineer.
- 5 years of experience in a process projects commissioning
- Electricity automation control and pneumatics.
- PLC programming.
- SCADA Programming.
- Siemens
- Schneider
- Wonderware
- Rockwell Factory Talk
- Experience in Batch or control and Continuous control.
- Industrial Protocol Networks Know-how.
- Databases know-how
- SQL scripts
- SQL table and Store Procedures.
- SQL Language.
- Server & Client Administration
- QHSE standards in industries (particularly IAA) S88 S95 S101 norms.
