Bryn Mawr Trust a WSFS Company provides locally managed and collaborative wealth management solutions including a broad array of planning and advisory services investment management trust and estate planning brokerage and investment services to individual corporate and institutional clients through multiple integrated businesses.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fiduciary Specialist to support Trust Officers in delivering exceptional service to Delaware Advantage trust and agency clients their advisors and other key stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of fiduciary principles trust operations securities processing and trust accounting systems. The position involves frequent communication with both internal teams and external clients and includes participation in select client meetings. The incumbent will be a critical liaison between Trust Officers Operations Partners and other internal departments to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Trust Officers and other client-facing team members.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders including Trust Operations staff Investment Managers and third-party vendors.
- Effectively manage multiple time-sensitive responsibilities prioritizing tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate agility in shifting priorities and adapting to changing client and operational needs.
- Prepare for and participate in client meetings and internal departmental discussions as needed.
- Assist in the onboarding and closing of trust and agency accounts.
- Support additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned contributing to the overall success of the team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates degree or higher in Business Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in trust administration financial services or a client-facing support role in a fiduciary environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of trust accounting systems such as SEI Wealth Platform or similar platforms.
- Experience with securities trading systems and the ability to access and interpret trade confirmations from third-party portals.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity a commitment to professional growth and a proactive approach to supporting team goals.
Salary Range:
$41258.00 - $67780.25
Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidates experience job-related skills relevant education geographic location and other specific business and organizational needs.
