Job Summary
The Maintenance Tech atCooper Street Capital is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to maintenance repair and general upkeep of our properties. This includes identifying and resolving issues conducting regular maintenance inspections and responding to service requests in a timely manner. Full Time

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance inspections and identify any issues or necessary repairs
- Respond to service requests from tenants and address any maintenance or repair issues
- Complete repairs and general upkeep tasks including plumbing electrical painting and carpentry work
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of all common areas and grounds
Requirements:
- Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of building systems and general repair techniques
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
