The Opportunity
Were seeking a Senior Associate Valuations to join a talented team of finance and technology professionals. This is a unique opportunity for someone from a Big 4 or top-tier valuation background to leverage their expertise in a fast-moving technology environment. The role combines hands-on valuation work client management and collaboration with product and engineering teams to build the next generation of valuation intelligence tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and review complex portfolio valuations equity waterfalls and financial models for private equity and venture clients.
- Partner with product and data science teams to shape AI-powered valuation tools and improve platform accuracy.
- Manage client relationships independently across private capital and institutional investor portfolios.
- Deliver research and insights across global industries ensuring robust and consistent valuation methodologies.
- Train and mentor junior professionals contributing to a culture of collaboration and excellence.
About You
- 47 years of experience in valuation financial advisory or transaction services (Big 4 or top-tier firm preferred).
- Professional qualification such as CPA CFA or MBA strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of valuation methodologies cap tables allocation waterfalls and financial statement analysis.
- Strong communication and client-management skills.
- Interest in technology AI and the digital transformation of finance.
