Job Summary

General Summary of Position:

The Department of Music at UMass Lowell is looking to create an adjunct instructor pool for its Composition for New Media program with experience in the fields of game music & audio commercial music film music TV and/or other new media.

Applicants should have the ability to teach in the areas of Digital Orchestration Arranging Songwriting Music for Multimedia Synthesis DAW production Music for Games Sound Design and/or Applied Composition.

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

  • Bachelors degree in music or equivalent professional experience
  • College Teaching experience or professional experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Music
