Job Title: Technical Assistant

A Day in the Life:

-Conduct reviews for new or existing products to be integrated to Flynn system / projects.

-Review of product drawings and technical documentation.

-Assist in conducting product testing and evaluation.

-Review product quality assurance and quality control process related to the product.

-Conduct market and competitor research.

-Collaborate with research and development team to conduct prove outs.

-Generate product review report technical specifications and product manual.

-Coordinate with product vendors / supplier.

-General administrative tasks and attend meetings as required.

What You Bring:

-Architectural technology Diploma engineering technology diploma related academic courses or equivalent work experience.

-Experience with fenestration products glazing architectural panels roofing or the entire building envelope an asset.

-Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.

-Proficient in AutoCAD Inventor MS Office (Word Excel etc.)

-Highly motivated with strong analytical problem solving and decision-making abilities.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment.

-Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
