Youll lead cross-functional collaborations with sampling inventory production email site analytics and brand marketing teamsa powerhouse team united in beauty and passionate about creating perks and rewards that keep clients coming back for more.
What Youll Do:
- Optimize client engagement with Beauty Insider benefits by managing key programs promotions and campaigns across in-store and online channels
- Create and execute events that reward loyal clients inspire tier aspiration and boost program visibility
- Extract data from multiple sources analyze insights and recommend strategies to optimize campaigns and program performance
- Define success measures and KPIs to monitor program impact and drive continuous improvement
- Own program mechanics and constructs in partnership with U.S. counterparts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to lead drive and execute reward creation and maintenance
- Lead the creative development process for Canada by:
- Ensuring creative aligns with strategy
- Partnering cross-functionally on marketing asset strategy
- Working with the Assistant Marketing Manager to QA assets and ensure flawless execution
- Partner with the tech team on projects and program enhancements ensuring timely completion
- Serve as the loyalty expert and thought leader for Beauty Insider campaigns and promotions actively engaging and communicating with cross-functional teams including social mobile site email production inventory brand marketing events PR finance and store communications
- Collaborate closely with U.S.-based partners with flexibility to adjust your schedule to accommodate Pacific Standard Time (PST) as needed
What Youll Bring:
- 5 years of experience in marketing advertising loyalty or beauty retail
- Proven track record in campaign execution project management and leading cross-functional teams within marketing programs
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple detail-oriented projects and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and data analytics tools such as Tableau and Adobe Analytics
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity adaptable to change and skilled at finding solutions when the path forward isnt clearly defined
- Innovative mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional client experience
- Positive can-do attitude and willingness to tackle challenges head-on
- Excellent communication skills paired with strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience thriving in a highly matrixed fast-paced environment
