  • Implementing ourefficient and effective recruitment practices to attract screen and select suitable applicants
  • Managingrelationships with key internal stakeholders and hiring managers; to be a trusted recruitment advisor
  • Managingonboardingofnew employees
  • Collaborating communicatingand workingeffectively as a member of thewider KU People Services Team

About You

The you will be able to demonstrate the skills developed ideally through a prior in house recruitment role. Keen to progress your career and with a desire to go that little bit further in short we are looking for:

  • Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and enjoy liaising with Centre Directors andEducation and Quality Managers
  • A collaborative team approach
  • Demonstrated strong administrative and organisational skills including the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Previous HR/Recruitment function experience
  • Confidentcommunication skillsface to face andusing phone/ Teams/ Zoomand email
  • Ability to establish maintain and enhance positive internal and external relationships
  • A positive can do attitude
