Job Summary
Officer - Shipping

What you will do
1. Promote Safety Workplace
2. Accomplish Regulations and Procedures regarding Certifications as BRC FDA SGI FSC OEAISO
3. Prepare and execute all administrative activities to secure the end-to-end flow from goods arrival to goods departure.
4. Secure accurate documentation and system administration for loading and unloading receiving and issuing locating storing and picking of Finished goods BaseMatand factory consumables
5. Participate in WCM teams and improvement activities in Warehouse & material handling (intralogistics)
6. Material Handling (Receiving Line feed Warehousing Shipping)
7. Ensure Inventory Accuracy
We believe you have
- High school or equivalent 5 years of experience and / or Technical formation/Diploma limited work experience
- Requires basic knowledge of operational systems and procedures acquired through on the Job training Experience at minimum one year in related function Forklifit Driver Licence
- Microsoft Office Intermediate SAP
- Forklife Driving license
- Documentation related to WH & FG
Key Outputs and Measurements
Performance Indicators: Safety (Incidents and Accidents) Perfect Delivery TAAP Evolution (Autonomous Maintenance) Inventory Accuracy Write-Offs Audits Compliance.
