Skills we cant do without:

Extensive Experience in Compliance and Conduct: A minimum of three years of experience in a compliance or conduct role within an FCA regulated environment showcasing a proven ability to effectively manage and influence business stakeholders.

In-Depth Knowledge of FCA Regulations: Comprehensive understanding of FCA rules and principles ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
Proficient in Solution Development: Skilled in devising and presenting effective solutions to resolve regulatory issues demonstrating a proactive approach to compliance challenges.
