Job Description
- Immediate Start Payroll Improvement Officer
- Melbourne CBD Hybrid & Flexible Hours
- Temporary (2-3 months) with view to Permanent
Were partnering with a confidential CBD-based organisation currently undergoing aimplementation. This role will sit within the Payroll function and focus on improving processes cleaning up data and supporting system readiness.
Role Requirements
- Experience working with or implementing a large ERP / HRIS such as Dayforce Workday SAP ADP or similar
- Strong Excel skills and confidence handling large volumes of data
- Background in Payroll HR or Time & Attendance
- High attention to detail and ability to identify data inconsistencies
- Excellent communication skills and immediate availability
Key Responsibilities
- Clean up and validate T&A and timesheet data ahead of system go-live
- Partner with Payroll HR and Project teams to ensure data accuracy
- Support process improvements and system testing activities
- Prepare reports and assist with integrations into the new ERP
- Contribute to a smooth and efficient implementation phase
