Role Description:

The Senior AdvisorBusiness Analysis (COO) serves as a trusted partner to the Chief Operating Officer providing high-level guidance on operational performance strategic initiatives and data-driven decision-making. This role is responsible for synthesizing complex business data advising on performance improvement strategies and supporting executive communications across the Operations Cluster.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Strategic Performance Advisory

  • Advises the COO on performance trends operational risks and strategic alignment across business units.

  • Supports the development and implementation of a formal performance management framework including KPIs and operational benchmarks.

  • Collaborates with leadership to monitor budget execution workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.

Business Intelligence & Analytics

  • Leads the analysis of enterprise data to uncover insights that inform strategic decisions and operational improvements.

  • Maintains and enhances performance dashboards using tools such as Oracle Power BI and Tableau.

  • Provides ad hoc and periodic reporting to support executive priorities and cross-functional initiatives.

Executive Communication

  • Prepares and delivers concise data-informed presentations and reports for senior leadership including the CEO and Board of Directors.

  • Translates complex analytics into actionable recommendations and strategic narratives.

  • Ensures alignment of internal and external communications with organizational goals and performance outcomes.

  • Performs other related duties and projects at the direction of the immediate supervisor.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Required Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis performance management or strategic planning.

Minimum Education Requirements:

Bachelors degree in a Business Economics Data Science or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools.
