Job Summary

Dinamic AS Group is seeking a highly motivated Service Communications Advisor to support and enhance communication processes across service operations. This role focuses on ensuring accurate professional and timely communication between departments clients and stakeholders while maintaining high service standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented organized and confident in delivering clear messaging in a fast-paced professional setting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate service-related communications with internal teams and external partners

  • Ensure clarity consistency and professionalism in all written and verbal communications

  • Support service operations by organizing information and addressing inquiries efficiently

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve communication workflows

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to service communications

  • Identify opportunities to improve communication effectiveness and service quality
