Responsibilities
- Deliver on key performance indicators and sales targets
- Enable a best-in-class customer experience
- Create an environment where team members feel valued can grow and function well as a team
- Be the face to the community in the area your store operates
- Develop referral relationships execute promotions and ensure top-of-mind awareness for Mobile Klinik
- Lead the team on the customer journey by ensuring the best-in-class repair care sales and services
- Develop expert-level knowledge and lead the execution of the store processes policies and procedures
- Manage inventory including receiving and ordering parts and products including Certified Pre- owned phones and accessories efficiently and effectively
Working hours and locations

Base Salary: $42000 - $53000
Bonus Pay: Monthly bonuses based on scorecard
