What Youll Do
As key player within CRAFT you will support our mission to make our Team our community and our world a better place one beer one meal one experience at a time. Being a part of this mission will include:
-Being responsible for ensuring our Guests have an exceptional experience through personal interaction as well as through our Team.
-Showing a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail to succeed in reaching sales and labour targets.
-Being a direct report for the front of house Team Members assisting in ongoing projects and championing development.
-Contributing to all marketing activations driving sales growth.
-Exhibiting heart and soul thriving in a busy environment and being social and outgoing.
You Are Responsible For
-Supporting team member recruitment selection training and development.
-Guest experience restaurant ambiance and environment; including guest safety.
-Employee scheduling and labour forecasting
-Maintaining processes and procedures.
-Support with inventory and purchasing.
-Cleanliness upkeep and food handling safety.
-Leading by example with the companys Impactful Leadership philosophy.
What Youve Done:
-3-4years restaurant experience
-2-3yearsmanagement experience
