General Maintenance (UNIFOR TEC Maintenance & Skilled Trades)

What you will deliver:

• Perform General Repairs across the property i.e. drywall ceiling tiles carpentry doors floors and other surfaces.
• Perform setup work across the property i.e. set ups take downs signs kiosks tables ballot boxes banners stages decorations etc.
• Perform Delivery of chairs tables and other equipment
• Perform work orders assigned through Maximo
• Assist Plumber Millwright Filterman and Electrician as directed
• Maintain marketing storage room and equipment
• Update directory boards and signs in the mall office tower galleria receiving areas and service corridors
• Maintain Retail Merchandising Units and specialty leasing kiosks
• Liaise with operations staff. Guest services staff supervisors and tenants.
• Assist Operation staff in cases of emergencies
• Provide contractor escort as required
• Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor within the general scope of the work

What you need to succeed:

• Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Practical Designation is an asset
• Ability to lift up to 45lbs
• Ability to liaise with tenants
• Ability to work on a team
• Good practical knowledge of tools
• Able to read/follow drawings and instructions
