The Opportunity

The Senior Manager - OT Services holds full technical and strategic accountability for Operational Technology (OT) services across all group businesses excluding the Energy division.

This senior role is instrumental in leading the transformation delivery and continuous improvement of OT systems ensuring they meet evolving regulatory standards business requirements and long-term technology objectives.

With a strong focus on governance performance and innovation the OT Services Lead drives alignment between operational needs and enterprise-wide digital strategy while fostering cross-functional collaboration and vendor partnerships to deliver resilient secure and scalable OT solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the transformation and reorganisation of OT services across operational sites and new asset developments ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

• Oversee end-to-end OT service delivery governance and compliance including SLAs KPIs and regulatory obligations.

• Drive OT design and integration for new facilities promoting IT/OT convergence and supporting enterprise-wide digital transformation.

• Build and manage a high-performing OT team define clear roles and responsibilities and optimise resource allocation and cost recovery.

• Act as the central point of contact for OT matters collaborating with peer technology teams to manage risks and deliver cross-functional efficiencies.

• Extensive experience leading OT services in complex industrial and infrastructure environments.

• Deep expertise in OT systems including hardware software and cybersecurity.

• Skilled in managing service delivery regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement.

• Proven ability to drive IT/OT integration and support digital transformation initiatives.
