Were looking for a Reliability Compliance Supervisor to join the reliability team at our Allansford manufacturing site. You will ensure compliance across multiple asset portfolios with a strong focus on electrical systems. You will be responsible for systems including:
- HV infrastructure
- Hazardous areas
- Instrument calibration
- Thermographic studies
- Fire systems
- Pressure vessels
- Fixed crane and mobile lifting equipment.
In addition you will also support the site with:
- Electrical SME for the site.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies for electrical and hazardous areas.
- Coordinate inspections and remediation work with third-party contractors.
- Support CAPEX and non-CAPEX project works.
- Foster collaboration and ensure compliance with WHS policies.
About you
- Tertiary qualification in electrical engineering or trade qualification in electrical.
- HV and EEHA qualifications.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in maintenance/reliability within FMCG or similar industry.
- Strong administration communication and team coordination skills.
- Experience with SAP CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive attitude and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
