School Based/Community Based Therapist - (LSW or LPC)
Compensation: $55000
Outpatient Mental HealthTherapists with National Youth Advocate Program workas part of an integralservice this role you will deliverMental and Behavioral Health Services to adolescents youth and children as well as their families who have been identified by public and private referralsand outsideagencies. Referral sources may include County and non-County Agencies self-referrals schools and healthcare providers.
Under the general supervision of the Clinical Supervisor or designee you will work closely with youth family foster parents and community partners providing counseling or therapy advocacy and support toward the ultimate goal of living safely and successfully in the community.

Responsibilities
Provides individual group and family mental health therapy case management transportation and other professional services to clients served
Coordinate and monitor services for the youth and family in the community mental health medical educational psychological vocational and social services.
Regularly reviews and modifies youth-basedplans to assure consistent progress and success on written plan goals.
Establishes and maintains strong relationship with adolescents youth and children as well as assigned foster parents and families of origin.
Assists in family reunification and/or stabilization efforts with the youths primary family or other permanent living arrangement consistent with the youths case plan.
Provides safety assessment crisis response and behavioral stabilization services as required to assure safety and stability for youth served
Minimum Qualifications
Masters Degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution.
LSW or LPC required; LISW LPCC preferred
Experience in providing both individual and family therapypreferred
Experience working in direct service with youth and families preferred.
Experience with TF-CBT preferred
You have good computer and technology skills
Must be willing to accept other job duties as assigned
