Are you a skilled nursing leader who is passionate about mentoring others and enhancing clinical excellence A renowned healthcare system in New Hampshire is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a House Supervisor/Educator. This is a unique opportunity to combine leadership education and operational management in one vital role.
In this position youll provide daily supervision and coordination of patient care areas while also developing teaching and evaluating educational programs to support staff growth and professional development. Youll play an essential role in fostering a culture of learning collaboration and high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a leader mentor and clinical resource for nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams
- Coordinate and oversee daily operations to ensure safe efficient patient care delivery
- Develop and implement instructional plans training modules and continuing education programs to meet staff learning needs
- Facilitate and evaluate orientation preceptor programs on-the-job training retraining and clinical leadership development
- Maintain records of educational sessions and ensure compliance with clinical professional and accreditation standards
- Provide coaching and guidance in clinical decision-making and promote evidence-based practice
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 3 years of acute care clinical experience required
- Strong leadership communication and teaching skills

- Full-time permanent position
- Schedule: 3x12 nights
