The Swank Autism Center at Nemours Childrens Health Delaware is seeking an evidence-based behavioral health therapist to join our team. The Autism Center provides comprehensive evaluation and intervention support services for children up to 21 years. We are seeking applicants with demonstrable training and experience working with autistic children adolescents and their families. This position will focus on consultation individual and group therapy and evaluations with patients and families from the Delaware Valley community. Experience with neuro-affirming care cognitive behavior therapy parent-mediated approaches emotional regulation skill building and/or support for transition-to-adulthood are preferred. The behavioral health therapist will join an interdisciplinary clinical team and will collaborate with providers in psychology developmental medicine psychiatry and applied behavior analysis as well as autistic colleagues and caregivers.

Qualifications
- Masters degree from an accredited social work counseling or marriage and family therapy program.
- Delaware independent licensure (LCSW LPCMH LMFT) prior to starting in the role is required (i.e. can have license in another state but must obtain DE license before starting).
- 2-5 years experience working with autistic children and/or adolescents who are autistic.
