The newest addition to the PM Hotel Group family Tideline Palm Beach Ocean Resort & Spa is a luxury beachfront retreat located on the exclusive shores of Palm Beach Florida. Known for its serene atmosphere sophisticated design and ocean-inspired wellness experiences Tideline offers guests a tranquil escape that blends modern elegance with coastal charm.

Position Summary

The Hair Stylist is responsible for providing professional hair servicesincluding cutting styling coloring and treatmentswhile delivering an exceptional guest experience that reflects the standards of a luxury spa environment.

Compensation and Incentives:

$500 sign on bonus pay out after 90 days of hire
Compensation: $15 hr
20% commission on all services rendered
100% of all gratuities
Additional $5 for each repeat client
10% commission on retail product upsells

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Provide professional hair services aligned with brand and salon protocols.
Consult with guests to understand their needs preferences and lifestyle.
Recommend and promote home-care products to enhance results.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of salon stations and tools.
Stay current on industry trends techniques and product innovations.

Qualifications

Valid state Cosmetology license.
Proven experience in cutting coloring and styling in a salon or spa environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Flexible schedule availability.
