About the role:
As Head of Solutions Marketing at Anthropic you will build and lead the team responsible for transforming Claudes AI capabilities into industry segment and persona-specific solutions that drive enterprise adoption globally. You will own the solutions roadmap scale a high-performing team across verticals and regions and create the repeatable frameworks that make our solutions scalable and revenue-generating.
This role sits at the critical intersection of product sales and marketingtranslating what Claude can do into heres how Claude transforms your industry function or use case. You will play a pivotal role in helping enterprise customers understand and adopt frontier AI while ensuring our solutions align with Anthropics mission of building safe beneficial AI systems.
Responsibilities:
- Build and scale the solutions marketing team: Recruit develop and manage solutions marketers across verticals (Financial Services Life Sciences etc.) segments (Digital Native Business startups traditional enterprise) and regions (North America EMEA with future APAC expansion)
- Own the global solutions roadmap: Partner closely with sales product and customer success teams to prioritize which industries segments and use cases we invest inbalancing traditional enterprise (industry-first) approaches with developer and bottom-up motions
- Drive international expansion: Develop and execute the playbook for scaling solutions globally working collaboratively with regional field marketing and sales teams beginning with EMEA markets
- Create scalable frameworks and systems: Build repeatable templates processes and methodologies for solution development market launch customer storytelling and executive content that enable your team to operate at scale
- Connect solutions directly to revenue generation: Ensure solutions translate into measurable pipeline through compelling customer proof points comprehensive sales enablement and strategic alignment with enterprise sales plays and competitive positioning
- Explore emerging market opportunities: Balance core vertical investments with strategic bets on functional solutions (marketing operations) and emerging segments (agentic commerce vertical SaaS platforms)
- Foster cross-functional collaboration: Build strong partnerships with Product Marketing Revenue Marketing GTM Narratives Competitive Intelligence Executive Briefing Center and sales leadership teams
You may be a good fit if you have:
- 12 years of enterprise marketing experience with deep expertise in solutions vertical or segment marketing at scale
- 5 years of experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams with a proven track record of scaling organizations globally
- Demonstrated success developing industry and segment-specific go-to-market strategies that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth
- Experience scaling solutions internationally and creating frameworks that enable teams to operate effectively across regions
- Strong strategic thinking combined with tactical execution capabilitiescomfortable making roadmap decisions while driving day-to-day execution
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling value propositions for diverse enterprise audiences
- Experience partnering with sales teams to create enablement materials and competitive positioning that directly impacts win rates
- Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring and optimizing marketing programs for pipeline and revenue impact
Strong candidates may also have:
- Experience with developer-focused API-first or bottom-up enterprise go-to-market motions
- Background in AI/ML enterprise software or other cutting-edge technology markets
- Experience building solutions for highly regulated industries (Financial Services Healthcare Government)
- Track record of successful international market expansion particularly in EMEA or APAC regions
- Experience with account-based marketing strategies and enterprise sales cycles

You will manage a team of 3-5 solutions marketers each owning specific verticals regions or segments. You will oversee our complete solutions portfolio across traditional enterprise (industry-led) motions and developer/bottom-up approaches. Your team will be responsible for creating the marketing foundation that enables our enterprise sales organization to compete effectively in complex high-stakes deals.
This role offers the opportunity to shape how one of the worlds leading AI companies approaches enterprise markets while ensuring that our solutions advance the safe and beneficial deployment of frontier AI systems across industries.

Location-based hybrid policy: Currently we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However some roles may require more time in our offices.
